RIGHT OF RETURN
Consumers know their contract explanation within two weeks without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, E-Mail) recall or by return of the thing. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the commodity and a detailed returns instruction in text form. RETURNS CONSEQUENCES
To be given change in case of an effective return on both sides received achievements to be refunded and uses if necessary pulled (e.g. customs advantages) are. You can avoid the indemnification according to value obligation, by taking the thing not like their property in use and omitting everything, which impairs their value. They have to bear the cost of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing which can be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euro or if with a higher price of the thing at the time of the return yet the return or a contractually agreed upon partial payment did not furnish you. Otherwise the return for you is free. Send the commodity back please not unfreely, but as insured package at us and retain you run in-inheritance-put up. Send the commodity back please if possible in original packaging and with all packing components at us and use you if necessary a protecting packaging. If you do not possess the original packaging any longer, provide please with a suitable packing for a sufficient protection from transport damages. Things package-capable of being shipped are not fetched with you.
