for the business relations between company Trinity Deutschland, Friedrich Ebert Str. 240, 58566 Kierse, owner Svitlana Nikolayeva and the customer apply excluding these Conditions of Use. Opposing one or of this Conditions of Use deviating conditions recognizes the company Trinity Deutschland not on and contradicts them hereby expressly. Opposing Conditions of Use of the customer are valid only if the company Trinity Deutschland agrees expressly and in writing.

CONTRACT CONCLUSION

The representation of the products in on-line Shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a request for order.
